The Oceanside Umpire Training Seminar is the first umpire training program dedicated to amateur umpires who are looking for more instruction than they can get a weekend clinic, or can't afford, due to time or money constraints, to attend a five-week professional umpire school or academy. O.U.T.S. is also the first program that allows their umpires to umpire a multitude of actual games between high school and college teams from around the United States and Canada. Nothing beats instruction both on and off the field. At O.U.T.S., our staff of former and current professional and collegiate instructors will teach you how to umpire your games more efficiently and professionally than ever before. We are the alternative for those seeking quality umpire instruction at a reasonable cost.
